"Designing an Amazing Party Experience"

"Coaching Your Host for Maximum Success"

Sales follow recruiting— and recruiting, at its essence, is about building relationships. 
During this program, you will learn:

  • How to build a strong working relationship with your hosts, which will produce higher sales, bookings, and recruiting results

  • Effective follow-up techniques to employ with your hostess for maximum results

  • A successful formula for setting up and then accomplishing a 20-minute in-person hostess coaching session that will markedly enhance your business

This course is designed to teach you a systematic approach to the entire host coaching process (not just the appointment itself). You’ll learn how to set your host up for success from the moment she says “yes” and books her show, including specific language to use to get her solid commitment to you right up front. Then you’ll learn the importance of follow-up. The fact is, when your hosts experience the professional and caring way you follow up with them, they’ll be much more committed to you and much less likely to cancel or reschedule. Effective follow-up is like show insurance.

Finally, we’ll cover the host coaching appointment itself and outline a simple, nine step, 20 minute agenda which will get you the results you want (particularly a host who’s either ready to start her business or at least considering the opportunity before you’re done).

 Future-Leader Training

“Unlock the Secret to Becoming a First-Level Leader”

Are you ready to step up to leadership? Are you clear about how to get there?
During this program, you will learn to:

  • Set a goal and create a clear, step-by-step plan for promoting within a set timeframe

  • Consistently recruit your hosts by utilizing relationship building through host coaching

  • Conduct a successful recruiting interview

  • Effectively follow up with recruit leads from your shows in a comfortable, easy to make phone call format

This course lays out a clear, systematic plan for reaching your next promotion. We begin with the “Anatomy of a Goal” and talk about how to proactively goal set and avoid the pitfalls you may have experienced in the past in this area. Then we’ll teach you how to clearly set up a plan of action for yourself by creating a specific, systematic business plan which lays out what you’ll do on a yearly, monthly, weekly and daily basis.  Then we’ll share an easy format for making follow up calls which will change the way you feel about picking up the phone.

The second half of the program will deal with the recruiting interview and learning how to identify your prospect’s “why” and then recruit to it. Making the interview about what the potential recruit wants from the business instead of what you want for her. Then we’ll finish up by sharing a powerful tool to use at the end of your host coaching appointment to recruit your host.

Mid to Upper Level Leadership Training

       "Enlightened Leadership; Learning to Live by Design"

Personal development is paramount to success in the direct sales profession. Our Live by Design program is designed to support your leaders in understanding their own thinking and what gets in their own way so that they can support their teams in solving those problems as well. This program teaches through doing, asking the participants not only to apply what they are learning to their own lives and businesses, but also to notice how they can easily teach the tools they’re learning to their downline, which makes them more powerful coaches and mentors to their teams.

 

We begin by talking about taking 100% responsibility for your own life and business, with specific, visual tools for helping them see where they may not be doing that and how to change.

 

Then we discuss the four stages of learning and how moving through each one eventually leads an individual to mastery.

 

Next we talk about mentoring and your leaders are given specific, duplicatable tools for working proactively with those on their teams who are willing and ready to move forward with their businesses. We look at coaching skills that will help your leaders actually partner with their teams instead of just cheerleading them.

 

Finally, we talk about the “science” of the mind and learn about how your thoughts become the things you manifest. We look at how to apply that to goal setting and how reaching goals becomes possible when you look at the ACTION you are willing to commit to those goals.
